To deliver good solutions, a good process is essential. In the side cards you can see how I handle this to create nice solutions and bring them to the world!
ideating
Every project starts with understanding and direction. I use Design Thinking methods, user interviews, benchmarking, Personas, and User Journey to identify needs and define the best approach for the solution.

crafting
This is where I bring ideas to life. I create wireframes and interactive prototypes, applying Design Sprint, Usability Testing, and Nielsen’s Heuristics to refine the experience - making the design intuitive, functional,
and aligned with the project’s goals.

refining & delivery
Once the design is validated, I refine and document it for implementation. With
Style Guides, Design Systems, and UX/UI Documentation, I ensure consistency and efficiency in the final execution.
